As a storm rolled ashore about ten miles south of Saugatuck, I took in a sunset at the State Park with about a dozen other people. It was also raining at the Holland Light, just a few miles to the north. Shortly after the sun dipped below the horizon, a breeze dropped the air temperature about ten degrees. I took heed of the warning and started the march back to the car, which meant I missed my favorite time, but also meant I avoided pea-sized hail.
